Automotive Service Advisor

Job Summary: We are looking for a Service Advisor to join our After-Sales team. The ideal candidate will act as the main point of contact between customers and the service center, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. Key Responsibilities: Receive customers and understand their vehicle/service requirements. Inspect and document customer concerns and vehicle condition. Prepare accurate job cards and service requests. Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair. Explain required repairs, service recommendations, and estimated costs to customers. Provide customers with regular updates regarding service progress. Ensure vehicles are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction. Maintain accurate customer and vehicle records on the system. Achieve customer satisfaction and after-sales service KPIs. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar automotive after-sales role. Very good English level is required. Good knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair processes. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
