Role Description The Project Engineer – Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Giza, responsible for supporting the design and execution of construction and development projects. Daily tasks include reviewing and developing architectural drawings, coordinating with civil engineering and construction teams, and ensuring design specifications are aligned with project requirements and local regulations. The role involves monitoring project progress, assisting in scheduling and budgeting, and resolving technical issues in collaboration with project managers and site teams. The Project Engineer – Architect will also participate in site visits, prepare technical reports, and contribute to quality control and safety compliance. Close teamwork with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors is essential to achieve project milestones and deliver successful outcomes. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in the same field. Strong foundation in Architecture, including design development, technical drawings, and familiarity with building codes and standards. Experience in Project Management, covering planning, coordination, tracking deliverables, and supporting budget and schedule adherence. Knowledge of Civil Engineering and Construction processes, including structural considerations, site coordination, and construction methodologies. Demonstrated Teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Proficiency in relevant design and engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools, MS Project or similar project management tools). Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety. Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
