Operations Director - Gulf Region

Our client, an important multinational provider of catering services and facility management solutions, is currently looking for an: Operations Director - Gulf Region Main Activities & Responsibilities Lead and manage multi-country operations across the region Ensure operational excellence, service quality, and HSE compliance Deliver financial targets through effective P&L and contract management Develop and maintain key client and stakeholder relationships Lead operational mobilizations, transitions, and transformation initiatives Drive business growth, profitability, and continuous improvement Build and develop high-performing multicultural teams Execute regional strategies and ensure alignment across operational locations Requirements: Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in international operations management. At least 5 years in a senior regional or multi-country leadership role Proven track record managing large-scale operations, service contracts, and multicultural teams across multiple geographies Experience within international, multi-country service organizations Background in Offshore, Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine, Industrial Services, or related sectors Exposure to Middle East/GCC markets Expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and operational performance as well as knowledge of contract management and commercial risk control Experience with mobilization, transition, and operational transformation projects Sound knowledge of HSE standards and best practices English fluent Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates Compensation package: approximately 480.000 AED The overall compensation package will be defined based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills and qualifications.
