Architectural Design Engineer

Position: Architectural Design Engineer Location: Giza – Full Time, Onsite Experience Required: 2–5 Years About the Role We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Architectural Design Engineer with 2–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural designs, producing detailed 3D models and visualizations, and preparing technical drawings. Proficiency in 3ds Max and Revit is mandatory for this role. Key Responsibilities Develop architectural designs from concept through to detailed design and documentation. Create high-quality 3D models and photorealistic renderings using 3ds Max. Produce accurate architectural drawings, BIM models, and construction documentation using Revit. Prepare and revise design presentations, mood boards, and material schedules. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines to ensure design integration. Conduct site visits and surveys as required to support design development. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, clients, and consultants to meet project deadlines and objectives. Review and respond to contractor queries and RFIs during construction phases. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering. 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in architectural design. Proficiency in 3ds Max is a must (modeling and rendering). Proficiency in Revit is a must (BIM modeling and documentation). Strong skills in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other design software. Solid understanding of architectural detailing, building systems, and construction methods. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. Attention to detail and a creative mindset. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lumion, V-Ray, or Corona Renderer. Familiarity with Navisworks and BIM coordination workflows. Experience working on residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. Portfolio demonstrating design and visualization skills.
