Role Purpose The Senior Social Media Content Creator is responsible for developing and producing creative, engaging, and trend-driven content across social media platforms. The role focuses on strengthening brand presence, driving audience engagement, and supporting marketing campaigns through impactful visual storytelling and high-quality digital content. Key Responsibilities Develop creative and engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube. Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce reels, short-form videos, photography, and other multimedia content. Translate marketing briefs and campaign objectives into compelling, platform-specific content. Stay updated on social media trends, viral content, emerging formats, and audience behaviors. Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across platforms. Create engaging captions, storytelling concepts, and creative messaging aligned with brand identity. Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Production teams on campaigns, events, and brand activations. Monitor content performance and leverage insights to improve engagement and reach. Maintain brand consistency, creative quality, and visual identity across all content. Support and guide junior content creators when required. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in social media content creation, digital content production, or a related field. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, storytelling, and multimedia content production. Hands-on experience in videography, photography, video editing, and short-form content creation. Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Canva, or similar applications. Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social media trends. Excellent creativity, communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Experience in entertainment, lifestyle, hospitality, or events is highly preferred.
