We are looking for passionate, client-focused Boutique Supervisors to help lead these openings and deliver a world-class luxury retail experience. The role As Boutique Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day running of the boutique — guiding and motivating the sales team, ensuring exceptional standards of client service, and driving the boutique's commercial performance. You will be a brand ambassador on the floor, building lasting relationships with clients while supporting your team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role reports into the retail function. Key responsibilities: Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences Uphold the brand's luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards Support the successful opening and establishment of the new boutique What we're looking for: Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail) At least 1 year in a supervisory or people-management capacity A genuine passion for luxury, client service, and building relationships Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Fluency in Arabic and English preferred Based in Mecca or able to work on-site there Show more Show less
