📢 WE ARE HIRING – BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE FREIGHT FORWARDING and SALES COORDINATOR FREIGHT FORWARDING 📍 Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦 We are looking for a motivated, proactive, and well-organized BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE FREIGHT FORWARDING and SALES COORDINATOR FREIGHT FORWARDING to join our team in DAMMAM. 1. Business Development Executive (BDE) Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics. Generate leads and acquire new customers for sea freight, air freight, land freight, and customs clearance services. Visit potential clients, understand their logistics requirements, and offer suitable solutions. Prepare competitive freight quotations and negotiate rates with customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth. Follow up on sales leads, close deals, and achieve monthly sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Requirements: Experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding industry is preferred. Good knowledge of freight forwarding services, shipping, and logistics operations. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to generate new business and achieve sales targets. 2. Sales Coordinator – Freight Forwarding Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries and coordinate sales activities. Prepare and follow up on freight quotations, rate requests, and sales proposals. Coordinate with operations, shipping lines, airlines, transporters, and overseas agents. Follow up with customers on quotations, bookings, and shipment requirements. Maintain customer databases, sales reports, and documentation. Support the business development team in lead follow-ups and customer relationship management. Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments. Requirements: Freshers are welcome to apply Knowledge of sea freight, air freight, land freight, and shipping documentation is an advantage. Good communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
