Project Sales Engineer

Role Description This full-time on-site Project Sales Engineer role is based in Egypt and focuses on driving project-based sales for architectural and industrial glass solutions. The Project Sales Engineer will identify and pursue new project opportunities, prepare technical and commercial proposals, and support clients through the full sales cycle from initial inquiry to project delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal engineering, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate specifications, timely quotations, and smooth execution of orders. The role also involves conducting site visits, attending client meetings, providing product presentations, and maintaining detailed records of opportunities, forecasts, and project status. The Project Sales Engineer will be expected to build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, monitor market trends and competitors, and contribute to achieving sales targets and overall business growth. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Sales and Sales skills, with experience managing end-to-end sales cycles for construction or industrial projects. Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand technical requirements, and provide clear solutions. Candidates should possess solid Sales Management skills, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting on sales performance. Candidates should possess a background in engineering (preferably mechanical, civil, or materials) or a related technical field to understand glass product specifications and applications. Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, along with strong organizational and time-management abilities. Candidates should possess the ability to work on-site, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct client and site visits across Egypt. Candidates should possess prior experience in glass, façade, construction, or building materials industries; familiarity with local market regulations and standards is an advantage. Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
