Sales Support Specialist / Sales Coordinator Company: Top Terminal Logistics (TTL) Location: Kuwait City, Kuwait Employment Type: Full-time | On-site Hiring: Direct Hiring About the Role Top Terminal Logistics is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist / Sales Coordinator to join our Kuwait branch. The successful candidate will support daily sales activities, coordinate with customers and operations teams, prepare quotations, and ensure timely follow-up on commercial inquiries. Key Responsibilities Prepare and follow up on freight quotations and customer inquiries. Coordinate with sales, pricing, and operations teams. Maintain customer records, sales reports, and quotation tracking. Follow up with existing customers and potential business opportunities. Support smooth communication throughout the sales process. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics (mandatory). Good understanding of sea, air, and road freight services. Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook. Good command of written and spoken English.
