Role Description The Operational Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Alexandria, Egypt. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day e‑commerce operations, including order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with fulfillment and customer support teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. The Operational Specialist will create and maintain operational workflows, monitor performance metrics, and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role includes collaborating with sales and marketing teams on campaign execution, supporting project implementation for new tools or operational initiatives, and preparing regular reports for management. The successful candidate will maintain clear documentation, uphold quality standards, and ensure that operational procedures align with Trimize’s brand and service commitments. Qualifications Strong analytical skills to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and support data-driven decision-making. Effective communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams and preparing clear reports and documentation. Sales and customer-focused mindset to support e‑commerce activities, promotions, and a high-quality buyer experience. Operations management skills to oversee daily workflows, inventory, and fulfillment processes in a fast-paced environment. Project management capabilities to plan, execute, and monitor operational initiatives and process improvement projects. Proficiency with office productivity tools and basic e‑commerce or ERP platforms. Ability to work on-site in Alexandria, Egypt, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Experience in e‑commerce, logistics, or consumer products is an advantage.
