Growth Product Associate

Location: Dubai, UAE Employment: Full-time About BSO BSO is a real estate management company in Dubai. We have digital products and services for landlords, investors, real estate brokers and other property-related users. We want to grow our digital platforms, attract more active users and create new opportunities for revenue. About the Role We are looking for a motivated and independent person who wants to grow together with our company. You may be at the beginning of your career, working in a small company, or learning through your own projects. We care more about your ideas, actions and results than your job title or years of experience. You will work directly with our Managing Director and our existing development team. We do not expect you to know everything from day one. We want someone who is ready to learn, take initiative, test ideas and improve. What You Will Do Grow our products: Find new ways to attract users, increase registrations and encourage people to use our services. Organic growth: Explore referrals, partnerships, search engines, AI recommendations and other ways to grow without large advertising budgets. Understand users: Find out why people register, why they leave and what would make them come back. Monetization: Suggest new paid services, subscriptions, features and other ways to increase revenue. Run experiments: Test ideas on a small scale, measure results and improve what works. Work with our team: Coordinate with developers, designers and other employees to turn ideas into real features and campaigns. Use AI and automation: Use modern tools for research, analysis, experiments and daily work. You will be responsible for moving your assigned projects forward, even when other team members help with the work. You do not need to be a programmer, web designer or video editor. We already have developers and can arrange design support when needed. Who We Are Looking For We value: Initiative and independent problem-solving. Understanding of digital products and user behaviour. Basic practical experience in growth, marketing, analytics or product development. Creative ideas supported by facts and research. Ability to learn quickly and use AI effectively. Willingness to test ideas, learn from mistakes and take responsibility for results. Experience from small businesses, startups, personal projects and community projects is welcome. We are not looking for someone who only prepares strategies and presentations. We want someone who can turn ideas into real actions. Career and Salary Growth This position is an opportunity to grow professionally together with BSO. We will start with focused projects and work closely together. As you show good judgment and results, you will receive more independence and responsibility. Your starting salary is not your maximum salary. After joining, we will first understand our current performance and what improvements are realistically possible. Then we will agree together on clear and achievable goals. Your future salary growth will be linked to real, measurable results and the value you bring to BSO. There is no automatic salary increase after a fixed period. We want to reward proven contribution and long-term progress. Working Conditions Monday to Friday: 9 AM–6 PM at our Dubai office. Saturday: Working from home. Full-time employment, not freelance or project-based work. Company-sponsored employment visa and medical insurance. Candidates must already be based in the UAE or have independent plans to move here before joining. We do not provide relocation support. Our Hiring Process We care more about what you can do than how impressive your CV looks. Before an interview, we ask candidates to complete one short practical growth exercise. You will prepare a simple video explaining your thinking, showing what you discovered about BSO and suggesting one practical growth experiment. The exercise takes approximately 60–90 minutes, with a maximum of two hours. No professional video editing, programming or design work is required. AI tools are welcome.
