About the Role. Job Location: Kuwait. Department: On Sync Energy Management Services Company. Job Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate contractor personnel and scaffolding activities across assigned work areas. Plan, direct, and monitor scaffolding works during plant maintenance, shutdowns, and other maintenance activities. Review work scopes and ensure all activities are executed safely, efficiently, and according to approved procedures. Monitor site HSE compliance and ensure safe working conditions for all personnel. Ensure adequate manpower, tools, equipment, and scaffolding materials are available and properly distributed. Coordinate multiple work teams across different locations and provide clear instructions to ensure timely execution. Supervise and guide personnel and provide support to other mechanical maintenance supervisors when required. Assess plant layouts and determine suitable scaffolding frame designs and arrangements to meet site requirements. Qualification Requirements Diploma in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or refinery industry, including at least 4 years in a similar supervisory position. Strong experience supervising scaffolding activities during plant maintenance and shutdown operations. Good knowledge of scaffolding systems, materials, site layouts, and safe erection requirements. Strong manpower coordination, work planning, and supervisory skills. Good knowledge of HSE requirements and safe work practices. Show more Show less
