Head of Asset Management

Requirements 12+ years of experience in asset management, fund management or investment management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record managing mutual funds and discretionary portfolios across fixed income, equities and money market products. In-depth knowledge of FRA regulations for asset management companies and investment funds, and eligibility for FRA approval as a key officer. Strong understanding of investment operations: subscriptions and redemptions, NAV calculation, custody, cash management and asset coding. Solid experience in investment strategy, asset allocation, risk management and performance measurement. Strong network with institutional investors, banks, custodians and distribution partners. Strong leadership, decision-making and stakeholder management skills. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Business; CFA is strongly preferred, and an MBA is a plus. Key Responsibilities Lead the asset management business and define its strategy, product roadmap and growth targets. Oversee investment decisions, asset allocation and fund performance against benchmarks and mandates. Lead the launch and structuring of new funds and investment products. Oversee asset management operations, including portfolios, funds, subscriptions and redemptions, complaints and asset quality. Make sure all funds and portfolios comply with FRA regulations, internal policies and investment limits. Grow assets under management through institutional, corporate and retail channels.
