We’re Hiring: Visual Merchandiser Company: The Bedshop | Kuwait The Bedshop is looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and passionate Visual Merchandiser to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a flair for presentation, and the ability to create attractive showroom displays that reflect our premium brand image and enhance the customer experience. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute visually appealing showroom displays in line with The Bedshop’s luxury brand image. Arrange mattresses, beds, bedding accessories, and lifestyle products to maximize visual impact and product visibility. Ensure all showrooms maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and organization. Implement seasonal displays, promotional campaigns, and new product launches. Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to improve product presentation and support sales performance. Conduct regular showroom visits to ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all branches. Monitor stock presentation, display materials, signage, and promotional branding. Stay updated on current trends in interior styling, home décor, and visual merchandising. Requirements Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in luxury retail, furniture, bedding, or home décor. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and an eye for aesthetics. Knowledge of space planning, colour coordination, and product styling. Ability to manage multiple showroom locations and meet deadlines. Excellent communication, organizational, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of design tools is an advantage. A portfolio of previous visual merchandising work is an advantage.
