Technical Operations & AI Automation Analyst Algo Capital Group is a specialist search firm working across quantitative finance, trading technology and investment management. We are hiring one hands-on analyst to own our recruitment data, systems and automation. You will turn manual processes and fragmented information into reliable workflows that support research, candidate engagement and delivery. Data and systems Maintain and improve our CRM, including candidate records, company data, specialisms, ownership and pipeline stages Find duplicates, outdated records and missing fields, and put fixes in place that stop them recurring Build consistent tagging and segmentation across quant research, trading, software engineering, infrastructure and related markets Document workflows so the team works consistently Automation and AI Connect recruitment tools using APIs, webhooks, automation platforms and scripts Build workflows for data enrichment, candidate rediscovery, follow-up reminders and reporting Use AI tools for research, information extraction, candidate summaries and admin Test outputs, handle exceptions and monitor automations after launch Apply access controls and human review wherever candidate data or external communications are involved Research and delivery support Translate role requirements into structured searches and candidate lists Search the existing database for relevant people before sourcing new profiles Prepare research for candidate and client conversations Reporting Report on submissions, interviews, offers and placements by client and role Track candidates held in the database separately from those contacted, engaged and submitted What we are looking for A track record of improving business processes through data, systems or automation Strong spreadsheet skills, including cleaning, matching and reconciling datasets Working automations built in n8n, Make, Zapier or similar Confidence with APIs, webhooks and structured data Python or JavaScript for tasks that standard tools can’t handle Practical use of AI tools, with sound judgement on accuracy and verification CRM or ATS experience (Loxo is a plus) Clear communication, attention to detail and the ability to work independently Discretion with confidential candidate and client information [ Show more Show less
