GENERAL MANAGER FASTER FM | Riyadh, Saudi Arabia FASTER FM is seeking an accomplished General Manager to lead its next stage of growth in mobile car washing and home maintenance services. This role requires a commercially driven leader who can translate strategy into measurable results, build effective teams, and deliver operational excellence. The Role The General Manager will oversee the company’s operational, commercial, and financial performance, with responsibility for sustainable growth, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Working closely with executive leadership, the successful candidate will establish clear priorities and ensure effective execution across the business. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute the company’s business strategy, annual operating plans, and growth initiatives. * Take ownership of financial performance, including budgeting, revenue growth, cost control, and profitability. * Lead daily operations, ensuring efficient workforce deployment, consistent service standards, and reliable service delivery. * Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through effective sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships. * Recruit, develop, and lead teams, establishing clear accountability and performance expectations. * Define and monitor key performance indicators, using data to improve productivity and business results. * Work with technology teams to improve the app experience and support operational efficiency. * Present performance reports, business opportunities, and recommendations to executive leadership. Qualifications and Experience * Proven senior management experience, ideally within consumer services, mobile services, or businesses operating through digital platforms. * Demonstrated success in growing revenue, improving profitability, and leading operational teams. * Strong financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and profit and loss performance. * Excellent leadership, negotiation, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills. * Strong understanding of the Saudi market. * Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
