Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
20 years of experience in project management, with a focus on EMAAR Properties projects.
Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
