Data Collection Driver

As an Data Collection Driver, you own the day-to-day execution and delivery of data collection projects, managing client expectations, timelines, and budgets independently. You manage facility and operational logistics for collection sites. Key responsibilities Plan and organize data collection projects including schedule development, resource allocation, and milestone tracking independently Serve as primary client contact for data collection initiatives; manage expectations, provide regular updates, and address client concerns Manage facility rentals, vendor relationships, and location-specific operational logistics Coordinate collection sites setup, support project execution, and ensure operational readiness while maintaining independent accountability for project delivery Lead identification and resolution of operational, facility, and project risks that impact delivery Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources; track performance against baseline and implement corrective actions Ensure projects meet company and client compliance and quality standards Core competencies Giving support, focusing on customers, embracing technology, managing self-development Functional competencies Strong project management expertise with proven ability to deliver initiatives independently on time and within budget Advanced operational and logistics coordination skills specific to onsite data collection environments Facility management knowledge including vendor relationships, rental negotiations, and equipment/location requirements Client relationship management and strategic communication capabilities Decision-making skills for complex operational scenarios Analytical and organizational skills to manage competing priorities and multiple projects Attention to compliance, quality standards, and client requirement management Ability to solve complex problems, take a new perspective on existing solutions, exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information Qualification: Relevant experience in project management, with at least 1 year in data collection or facility-intensive project environments Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent combination of experience and demonstrated operational expertise B2+ oral and written English Show more Show less
