Job Description – Sales Associate Location: Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt Industry: Kids’ Toys & Retail Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and motivated Sales Associate to join our kids’ toy store in Sharm El Sheikh. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to create a fun and enjoyable shopping experience for children and parents. Key Responsibilities * Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Help customers select suitable toys based on children’s ages and interests. * Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Maintain attractive product displays and organize store shelves. * Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system. * Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items. * Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming. * Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. * Work effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations. Job Requirements * Previous retail or sales experience is preferred. * Good command of English is required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality. * Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. * Basic computer and POS system knowledge is a plus. * Passion for toys, children, and customer satisfaction.
