Job Description Contracting & Negotiation Negotiate and finalize dynamic rate contracts with hotel partners, ensuring competitive pricing and commercial terms. Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide negotiations and identify opportunities. Ensure rate parity, availability, and alignment with revenue targets. Partnership Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel partners to drive collaboration and mutual growth. Act as a trusted liaison between hotel partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and contract compliance. Operational Coordination Work closely with Product, Revenue, Tech, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of dynamic contracts. Troubleshoot issues related to contract execution, availability, or pricing discrepancies. Monitoring & Optimization Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of contracts, communications, and negotiation history. Provide timely reporting on contracting activity, rate performance, and issue resolution. Also, as a traditional DMC, Desert Gate Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Tourism, or other related field.
