Scope of Work:
Review existing quality control practices and identify opportunities for improvement.
Develop and standardize SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation.
Enhance inspection and sampling procedures for incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
Establish consistent quality records, nonconformity management, and product traceability procedures.
Support the implementation of standardized quality practices across manufacturing operations.
Provide practical training and knowledge transfer to our quality control team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in QA/QC within plastic manufacturing, preferably plastic packaging.
Experience in SOP development and quality system implementation.
Knowledge of injection molding, blow molding, and injection blow molding processes.
Strong understanding of sampling, inspection methods, defect management, and quality documentation.
Experience training personnel and implementing procedures on the production floor.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements is preferred.
