Reform Contractors is hiring a senior tendering engineer with 5–6 years of experience in construction tendering, preferably in fit-out projects.
Location: Cairo
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the tendering process from reviewing documents to final submission.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contractual requirements.Manage cost estimation, pricing, and technical and commercial proposals.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations. Identify risks and propose value engineering solutions.
- Ensure timely submissions and effective handover of awarded projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in construction tendering and estimation.
- Experience supervising a tendering or estimation team.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, pricing, and contracts.
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and relevant estimation tools.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
