Purpose
Run the AI solutions deployed reliably in production, and make their behavior, cost and quality visible.
Responsibilities
- Deploy AI solutions to production and own releases and rollback.
- Build monitoring for latency, errors, token use, cost per request and output quality.
- Maintain evaluation checks that catch quality regressions between releases.
- Set up alerting and incident handling, and document the runbooks.
- Apply XLRA's data, tool and disclosure rules to every deployment.
Requirements
Strong Python and API work.
Clear written and spoken English and Arabic.
Experienced LLM Evaluation
Experienced with AIOps(CI/CD)
