Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai. The Property Consultant will advise clients on luxury real estate opportunities, including identifying suitable properties, conducting viewings, and presenting investment options aligned with client goals. Daily activities include managing client relationships, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role also involves market research, maintaining an up-to-date understanding of Dubai’s real estate landscape, and supporting sales negotiations from initial contact through closing. The Property Consultant is expected to uphold high professional standards and represent Alliance Capital Properties in line with its boutique advisory positioning. Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to advise on property selection and investment strategies. Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships. Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals in competitive real estate markets. Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations, local market trends, and luxury property segments. Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple client engagements, and operate with high ethical and professional standards. Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software for tracking leads, preparing documentation, and reporting. Previous experience in real estate advisory, brokerage, or investment roles is highly beneficial. Relevant academic background in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
