Key Responsibilities • Manage, publish, and update content across websites, mobile applications, and digital platforms. • Ensure all published content is accurate, aligned with brand guidelines, and optimized for user experience. • Review and validate content before publication to maintain the highest quality standards. • Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Design, and Technical teams to ensure timely content deployment. • Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on insights and analytics. • Organize and maintain digital assets, content libraries, and publishing workflows. • Conduct regular content audits to ensure consistency, relevance, and accuracy. • Identify and resolve content-related issues while maintaining operational efficiency. • Support product launches, marketing campaigns, promotions, and strategic initiatives. Requirements ✅ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Information Systems, or a related field. ✅ 2+ years of experience in Content Management, Digital Operations, Website Administration, or a similar role. ✅ Hands-on experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS). ✅ Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering error-free content. ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic. ✅ Familiarity with SEO principles and digital content best practices. ✅ Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. ✅ Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under deadlines.
