Maintenance Manager

KB’s Cake Studio – Food Industries is hiring a qualified Maintenance Manager to join our team and contribute to developing and managing maintenance operations across our factory and company branches. Job Location: Giza – Cairo, Egypt Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage all maintenance operations across the factory and company branches. - Develop, schedule, and implement preventive and routine maintenance plans. - Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and quality standards. - Train and guide maintenance team members on preventive maintenance procedures. - Prepare periodic maintenance reports and coordinate with other departments. - Ensure quick response and effective handling of breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations. Job Requirements: - Maximum age: 45 years. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Manager, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry. - Good technical knowledge of refrigeration systems, Freon systems, and routine maintenance. - Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to respond to emergency maintenance situations 24/7 when required. - Giza residents are highly preferred.
