Product Owner – Health Insurance
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 7–8 years
Duration: 3–6 months (extendable based on performance)
Requirements:
7–8 years of Product Owner / Product Management experience.
Strong experience in the Health Insurance domain.
Proven expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and Agile delivery.
Excellent stakeholder management and business requirements analysis skills.
Exposure to digital transformation, AI, and data-driven products is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and maintain product vision, strategy, and outcome-driven roadmaps.
Translate business and leadership requirements into product goals, epics, features, and user stories.
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and strategic objectives.
Support release planning, incremental delivery, and dependency management.
Define product KPIs, value cases, success criteria, and benefits-realization measures.
Ensure alignment across business, digital, AI, data, and technology teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine product scope and priorities based on delivery outcomes and user feedback.
