We’re Hiring: B2B Sales Executive The Purple Ace is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to join our team and support the agency’s business growth by acquiring new clients and building strong, long-term relationships. Location: Sporting, Alexandria Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Type: Full-time, On-site Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential B2B clients through outbound calls, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and other channels. Generate qualified leads and maintain a consistent sales pipeline. Understand potential clients’ business needs and recommend suitable marketing solutions. Arrange and conduct client meetings and presentations. Prepare proposals and follow up with prospects until closing. Negotiate packages, pricing, and contract terms. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales progress. Achieve monthly sales targets and provide regular performance updates. Coordinate with the marketing and account management teams to ensure a smooth client handover. Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience selling marketing, advertising, media, or professional services is highly preferred. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Confidence in prospecting, cold outreach, and client meetings. Ability to understand client challenges and sell solutions rather than just services. Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
