WE ARE HIRING | SENIOR MANAGER – RETAIL WEALTH Location: Qatar Industry: Banking & Financial Services Company: Nair Systems Nair Systems is looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Retail Wealth to join our Qatar operations. We are seeking a senior professional with strong business analysis skills, managerial experience, and international banking experience. Key Responsibilities Lead business requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for retail wealth and affluent banking initiatives. Prepare BRDs/BRSs, user stories, process maps, and gap analysis reports. Analyse wealth management products, investment portfolios, client segmentation, and business performance. Identify opportunities to improve affluent client propositions, investment penetration, AUM growth, and customer journeys. Coordinate with senior stakeholders across Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Investments, Digital, Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance. Support business transformation initiatives, UAT, solution validation, and implementation activities. Develop management reports, dashboards, KPIs, and business recommendations. Drive process improvements and ensure alignment between business requirements and business objectives. Mandatory Requirements Strong Business Analysis experience within the banking and financial services sector. Managerial-level experience in banking, business analysis, or related functions. International banking experience is mandatory. Strong knowledge of Wealth Management, Affluent Banking, Retail Banking, and Investment Products. Experience in requirements gathering, BRD/BRS documentation, process mapping, and stakeholder management. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Education Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field.
