Quality Intern

We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Quality Department. This opportunity offers practical experience in customer feedback collection and data analysis, alongside exposure to quality management and ISO 9001. Key Responsibilities Contact customers and conduct customer satisfaction surveys. Enter, organize, and maintain accurate survey data. Analyze responses and help prepare reports summarizing findings. Support the Quality Department with documentation and day to day activities. Learn about ISO 9001 requirements and quality management practices. Requirements A fresh graduate in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
