Establish investment criteria, risk management frameworks, and performance evaluation processes. Collaborate with senior management, finance teams, and external advisors on investment planning and execution. Lead negotiations with investment partners, financial institutions, and other relevant stakeholders. Assess investment risks and recommend strategies to protect capital and improve risk-adjusted returns. Oversee the preparation of investment reports, financial forecasts, and performance reviews. Manage investment budgets, capital allocation, and resource planning. Build and maintain relationships with investors, financial institutions, business partners, and industry professionals. Lead, mentor, and develop investment teams while promoting sound financial judgment and analytical excellence. ✅ Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree is an advantage. Extensive experience in investment management, corporate finance, financial analysis, or a related field. Proven experience evaluating investment opportunities and developing investment strategies. Strong understanding of financial modeling, valuation methods, portfolio management, and investment risk assessment. Experience conducting due diligence and analyzing financial statements, market data, and business performance. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making skills. Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to interpret economic trends and translate market insights into investment recommendations. Familiarity with financial analysis tools, investment platforms, and reporting systems.
