E-Commerce Sales Section Head

Job Scope: To drive online sales growth for the company's poultry products by managing e-commerce channels, coordinating with online marketplace partners, optimizing product availability and promotions, and ensuring excellent customer experience while achieving sales and profitability targets. Main responsibilities: Achieve monthly and annual e-commerce sales targets. Manage relationships with online marketplaces, quick-commerce platforms, and online retail partners. Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and digital shelf visibility. Ensure product availability and coordinate with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams to maintain stock levels. Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and competitor activities. Develop promotional campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing team. Monitor order fulfillment, delivery performance, returns, and customer complaints. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports with recommendations for improvement. Lead, coach, and develop the e-commerce sales team. Ensure compliance with company commercial policies and pricing guidelines. Identify new online business opportunities and strategic partnerships. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. 4–7 years of sales experience in FMCG, with at least 2 years in e-commerce. Experience in food or poultry products is preferred. Strong knowledge of e-commerce and online marketplace operations. Sales planning and forecasting. Negotiation and relationship management.
