Sales Manager

Job Description The Sales Manager at Beyond leads luxury residential sales for Beyond's developments, managing senior sales consultants, broker relationships and customer engagement to deliver sales velocity and revenue performance in line with launch plans and brand standards. Responsibilities Manage sales activities and revenue performance across Beyond developments. Implement sales strategy in line with launch plans, pricing and brand positioning. Evaluate sales pipeline, conversion and KPI performance continuously. Manage a team of sales consultants and broker relationships. Drive UHNW and HNW customer engagement and conversion. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, pricing and placement on go-to-market plans. Implement RERA, DLD and regulatory compliance on sales transactions. Evaluate market trends, pricing dynamics and competitor activity. Coordinate KYC, documentation and SPA execution end-to-end. Facilitate broker engagement, commission processing and channel administration. Implement CRM utilisation and accurate data capture across the team. Evaluate customer satisfaction, NPS and post-sale experience. Coordinate with Finance on collections, escrow and payment milestones. Identify and develop the sales team's capabilities and elite performance. Implement sales reporting, dashboards and forecasting at project level. Facilitate executive engagement on strategic clients and major transactions. Drive a culture of luxury, integrity and customer centricity in sales. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or Marketing; RERA Broker certification preferred. Experience: 8-10 years of luxury Real Estate sales experience in similar position in GCC region, preferably in Real Estate industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
