Eurostar Rent A Car, a member of Ali & Sons Holding LLC, is looking for an experienced and commercially driven Corporate Lease Business Specialist to expand our corporate client portfolio, secure high-value rental and leasing contracts, and strengthen our position in the UAE market. We are seeking a results-oriented professional with a strong background in corporate sales, business development, and strategic account management, ideally within the car rental, fleet management, or automotive leasing industry. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue high-value corporate rental, fleet leasing, and business development opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers, procurement teams, and senior stakeholders. Develop strategic partnerships and secure long-term corporate rental and leasing agreements. Lead commercial negotiations and prepare tailored proposals that deliver sustainable revenue growth and profitability. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new business opportunities. Develop existing corporate accounts by identifying opportunities for fleet expansion, retention, and long-term growth. Assess pricing, payment terms, contract commitments, and commercial risks before proposing business agreements. Coordinate with Operations, Fleet, Maintenance, Finance, Insurance, and other relevant teams to ensure contract feasibility and successful implementation. Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, prepare revenue forecasts, and report on key opportunities and business performance. Achieve assigned targets for corporate contract acquisition, revenue growth, and profitability. Qualifications & Experience 10+ years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or key account management. Experience in car rental, fleet management, or automotive leasing is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record of securing corporate contracts and achieving sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management, and commercial skills. Good understanding of the UAE corporate market and business landscape. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and sales reporting. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
