Are you a results-driven sales professional with excellent communication and negotiation skills?
We're looking for experienced Telesales Representatives to join our growing team in Maadi, Cairo!
📍 Job Location: Maadi, Cairo
⏰ Working Hours: 9-hour shift
📅 Working Days: 5 days per week | 2 rotational days off
💰 Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary + Attractive Commission Scheme
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers and promote products or services over the phone.
- Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and negotiations professionally.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups using CRM systems.
- Build strong customer relationships to maximize sales opportunities.
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Strong objection-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking.
- Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
