Through Blackbull Chamber of Investment, Blackbull Law House and Blackbull AI, we are developing an integrated ecosystem connecting Indian property owners, businesses, financial institutions, international investors and mortgage financing partners. Our objective is to facilitate international capital arrangements supported by Indian real estate, commercial properties, business assets and eligible corporate collateral, subject to applicable regulatory approvals. We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Finance & International Fundraising Specialist capable of independently identifying funding opportunities, arranging institutional capital and executing structured financing transactions. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. International Fundraising: Arrange investment and financing from foreign banks, private credit funds, family offices, institutional investors and international financial institutions. 2. Mortgage-Backed Financing: Develop financing solutions against Indian residential, commercial, industrial and other eligible properties. 3. Business Asset Financing: Structure capital arrangements against business assets, corporate portfolios, receivables and eligible financial securities. 4. Cross-Border Investment: Coordinate financing opportunities between India, the UAE, Singapore, Europe and other international markets. 5. Investor Network Development: Establish direct relationships with international lenders, mortgage institutions, investment funds and private capital providers. 6. Transaction Execution: Manage financing proposals, collateral assessment, financial documentation, lender negotiations, due diligence and disbursement coordination. 7. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure proposed transactions comply with applicable RBI, FEMA, ECB, FDI, AML/KYC and relevant international financing requirements. 8. Capital Structuring: Design debt financing, secured lending, refinancing, structured credit and other legally permissible capital solutions. MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS - Minimum 10 years of proven experience in mortgage financing, investment banking, international fundraising or structured finance. - Demonstrated success arranging institutional financing against Indian property or business assets. - Established relationships with foreign lenders, investment funds or private credit institutions. - Strong understanding of collateral valuation, loan-to-value ratios, security creation and cross-border financial regulations. - Ability to independently originate, negotiate and close financing transactions.
