Product Lead

Role: Product Lead Location: UAE Employment Type: Full-Time An established, institutional-backed digital venture studio in the UAE is seeking an experienced Product Lead to direct the product strategy and delivery of national-scale digital platforms. The organisation operates at the intersection of private-sector agility and large-scale public infrastructure, engineering high-throughput digital platforms that power statutory workflows, multi-party transactional ecosystems, and unified citizen/business digital services. In this role, you will own a flagship product portfolio end-to-end. Your role will focus on carving out a unified, modular platform architecture capable of 1-to-N deployment across new jurisdictions, driving practical AI/automation modernisation, and managing executive governance with strategic public and enterprise stakeholders. Core Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end product vision, multi-quarter roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes across a portfolio of complex transactional and civic platforms. Drive platform convergence, leading the modularization of core platform services into a multi-tenant framework built for rapid, off-the-shelf expansion across regional jurisdictions. Act as the lead product authority in steering committees, executive working groups, and regulatory forums with senior public-sector decision-makers and enterprise partners. Translate complex regulatory policies, statutory compliance requirements, and market dynamics into high-converting user journeys, crisp PRDs, and prioritized engineering backlogs. Lead AI-enabled modernization, identifying and embedding applied machine learning, automated verification, and agentic workflows into live, high-volume transactional flows. Uphold strict product standards across delivery velocity, service uptime, incident resolution, SLA compliance, and closed-loop stakeholder satisfaction. Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and external enterprise API integrations. Candidate Requirements: 10+ years of digital product management experience, with proven success shipping and scaling complex, large-scale enterprise or platform solutions. Demonstrated experience leading products within government digital services, GovTech, civic technology, or heavily regulated transactional environments (e.g., Asset-Tech, PropTech, RegTech, FinTech, or statutory licensing). Proven track record steering governance committees, public-private partnerships (B2G/G2G), or structured regulatory approval processes. Solid background in modular platform strategy, API-first architecture, multi-tenant deployments, and modern Agile delivery at scale. Practical literacy in applied AI and workflow automation, balancing rapid capability deployment with data security, compliance, and human-in-the-loop controls. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance strict compliance and institutional mandates with product-led velocity and user adoption. Exceptional executive-level written and verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder consensus-building skills. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; recognized Product Management or Agile certifications preferred. Show more Show less
