We are hiring for "Recruitment Specialist" Remote KSA Experience - 0-2 + Years Email ID - [redacted email] Job Description We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Technical & Non IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The candidate will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment administration. Fresh graduates with an interest in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and internal databases. Understand job descriptions and identify suitable candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Support offer management and onboarding activities. Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining hiring records. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic understanding of recruitment processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office. Knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
