We are currently expanding our R&D department and looking for a skilled Flavourist to drive innovation from concept to launch. 🔬 The Opportunity As an R&D Flavourist, you will play a key role in developing new flavour profiles, optimizing existing formulations, and collaborating across teams to deliver tailored solutions that exceed our clients' expectations. Key Responsibilities: Formulate new flavours and enhance existing profiles for diverse food applications. Conduct comprehensive sensory evaluations, stability testing, and flavour profiling. Work hand-in-hand with the R&D and Application teams to translate customer requirements into winning products. Provide technical support for product development, troubleshooting, and cost/quality optimization. Ensure all formulas, procedures, and technical documentation are accurately recorded and maintained. Qualifications & Requirements: Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in flavour creation/development. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Science, Food Technology, or a related discipline. Skills: Advanced sensory evaluation capabilities, strong analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving skills.
