The firm operates across venture capital secondaries and SPVs, global and emerging-market equities, structured products, cash bond broking and placement advisory, and is now building out a full OCIO offering, targeting USD 400–500 million in AUM growth over the next 12–24 months. The Role This is a senior, client-facing role, not a business development mandate. Our client is looking for an established private banker to advise and grow a book of UHNW, family office and HNW clients, backed by an in-house investment team and a broad multi-asset product shelf. Key Responsibilities Act as primary relationship holder and trusted advisor to UHNW, family office and HNW clients. Deliver tailored wealth and investment solutions across public and private markets, working with the in-house investment team. Introduce clients to the full platform: secondaries, equities, structured products, fixed income and OCIO. Ensure onboarding, suitability and reviews meet all regulatory and compliance standards. Candidate Profile 10+ years as a private banker, relationship manager or wealth advisor to UHNW/HNW clients. An established, portable client book with a proven record of retention and growth. Strong command of public and private market solutions, including alternatives and structured products. Ideally GCC-based, with relevant regulatory standing (DFSA or equivalent an advantage) and impeccable references.
