Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager finds and builds new growth for Klybeck: new products, new market segments, partnerships and strategic opportunities. Job description Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across animal health and nutrition segments (poultry, livestock, equine, pet and aquaculture). Source and negotiate partnerships, in-licensing and distribution agreements with international manufacturers. Lead market research, feasibility studies and business cases for new products and ventures. Coordinate with Regulatory Affairs on product registration timelines with SFDA and other authorities. Manage the new-product pipeline from opportunity screening to launch hand-over to Sales and Marketing. Build relationships with key industry stakeholders, associations and government bodies. Present opportunities, financial projections and progress reports to the CBO. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmacy or a related life science; an MBA is preferred. 7–10 years of experience in business development, sales or marketing in animal health, pharma or feed additives. Proven experience negotiating partnerships, licensing or distribution agreements. Strong strategic thinking, financial and commercial analysis skills. Knowledge of SFDA registration requirements is a strong advantage. Fluent in Arabic and English; willingness to travel internationally. Show more Show less
