Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to property owners, buyers, landlords, and tenants. Handle inbound enquiries about properties for sale and rent. Contact owners to secure new resale and rental listings. Confirm property availability, asking prices, rental rates, and listing details. Understand clients’ budgets, preferred communities, property requirements, and timelines. Qualify leads and coordinate appointments and property viewings with agents. Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate CRM records. Stay informed about assigned communities, available properties, and market trends. Meet daily calling, lead generation, and listing targets. Requirements: Previous telesales or customer service experience; real estate experience preferred. Strong English communication and telephone skills. Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently. Basic computer and CRM skills. Own visa preferred.
