They’re building a new group marketing function and need a product marketer who can make their websites, apps and customer portals work better for customers. What you’ll do Find where customers get stuck in digital journeys, and work out why Turn customer insight into clear improvements that design and development teams can build Prioritise what to fix first, balancing customer impact, commercial value and effort Support A/B and usability testing, and measure what actually worked Bring designers, developers and business teams with you, without being their boss Shape positioning, launches and product content across the portfolio What you’ll bring 2–4 years in product marketing, digital marketing or customer experience Hands-on experience improving websites, apps or portals alongside marketing, design and tech teams Examples of customer insight you turned into product changes, with results Confidence influencing people across teams Strong writing and a customer-first mindset Fluent English; Arabic is a bonus Your industry matters less than your approach.
