Role Description The Physiotherapist at Aionis will provide high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy and pain management services to clients in an on-site setting in Doha, Qatar. Daily responsibilities include conducting detailed assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation programs aligned with each client’s goals. The role involves collaborating with dermatology, nutrition, and integrative wellness professionals to support holistic care, while leveraging AI-driven diagnostics and digital tools where appropriate. The Physiotherapist will educate clients on injury prevention, posture, movement patterns, and home exercise plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with local regulations and clinic protocols. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires active participation in continuous professional development and adherence to high standards of safety, ethics, and client experience. Qualifications Relevant academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy (or equivalent), with valid professional license or eligibility to practice in Qatar. Clinical expertise: Proven experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, pain management, rehabilitation, and functional movement assessment in outpatient or wellness settings. Technical and diagnostic skills: Ability to perform comprehensive physical assessments, develop treatment plans, and use diagnostic tools and clinic technologies, including exposure to AI-driven or digital health platforms. Patient-centered care: Strong skills in client education, adherence support, and designing individualized home exercise programs, with a focus on safety, empathy, and cultural sensitivity. Collaboration and communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team including dermatology, nutrition, and integrative health specialists. Professional conduct: Commitment to ethical practice, confidentiality, accurate documentation, and compliance with local health regulations and clinic policies. Language and adaptability: Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage, along with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
