Account Manager

RYZE is seeking an experienced Forex Account Manager to join our team in Amman, Jordan. We are looking for a serious, highly committed professional with strong experience in the Forex industry in Jordan who understands client account opening, onboarding, documentation, and ongoing account follow-up. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling and maintaining our clients’ Forex accounts while ensuring a professional, organized, and efficient client experience. Key Responsibilities: • Handle and follow up on the opening of Forex accounts for clients. • Guide clients through the account-opening and onboarding process. • Follow up on required documentation, verification, and account activation procedures. • Maintain regular and professional communication with clients regarding their accounts. • Provide ongoing support and follow-up for existing client accounts. • Maintain accurate and organized records of client accounts, documentation, communications, and follow-ups. • Coordinate with relevant parties regarding account-opening procedures and client requirements. • Ensure that client requests and account-related matters are handled efficiently and professionally. • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. • Manage and follow up on a large existing client base while maintaining a high standard of service. Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in the Forex industry in Jordan. • Strong practical understanding of Forex account opening, onboarding, verification, and client account procedures. • Strong knowledge of Forex, financial markets terminology, and the Jordanian market. • Previous experience in Forex account management, client relations, onboarding, or a similar role. • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university is required. • Strong communication and client relationship-management skills. • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage a large number of client accounts. • Strong Arabic communication skills and good command of English. • Professional, responsible, organized, and results-oriented. • We are looking for someone who is serious about the position, ready to work, and prepared to take full ownership and responsibility for the role. • Must be available to work full-time and on-site in Amman.
