Telesales Support Agent (B1+ English)

About the Role We are seeking a results-driven and highly motivated Telesales Agent to join our Dubai Account team in Abbasia, Cairo. In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential and existing customers, present products and services, and close sales over the phone. This is a high-impact role for a sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. If you have a proven track record in outbound sales, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers. Present and promote products and services effectively over the phone. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Close sales and consistently achieve monthly targets. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions. Follow up on leads and build long-term customer relationships. Qualifications Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales is required. English proficiency at B1+ to B2 level. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills. Strong negotiation and closing abilities. Ability to perform effectively in a target-driven environment. Flexibility to work rotational shifts (last shift ends at 12 AM).
