Forex / CFD Sales Executive Location: UAE Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 + Commission + Performance-Based Incentives Experience: Minimum 2 Years Industry: Forex / CFD Brokerage Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented Forex/CFD Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the Forex or CFD brokerage industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring clients, generating deposits, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of Forex, Gold, CFDs, and trading platforms. Key Responsibilities Identify, approach, and acquire potential clients interested in Forex and CFD trading. Generate client deposits and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand clients' trading requirements and recommend suitable brokerage services. Conduct sales presentations and explain Forex, Gold, CFDs, and trading platforms. Follow up with prospective clients, negotiate, and successfully close deals. Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and deposit-generation goals. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide necessary support throughout the sales process. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in Forex/CFD brokerage sales (Mandatory). Proven track record in client acquisition and deposit generation. Strong knowledge of Forex, Gold, CFDs, and trading platforms. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Strong client relationship management and business development abilities. Target-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven approach. Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven sales environment. Compensation & Benefits Fixed Salary: AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month. Attractive commission structure. Additional performance-based incentives.
