Back up technologies Engineer Experience 12+Yrs Location Qatar Required Skills ∙ Minimum 12 years of experience working in system integrator environment up to a maximum of 18 years’ experience. ∙ Must have designing and presales experience in Datacenter solutions including Servers, storage, backup and virtualization solutions. ∙ Must be certified either in DELL or Veritas or IBM or any other leading backup solutions. ∙Experience with DC solutions like VMWARE and DC Security Solutions. ∙ Working experience with different industry verticals like Banking/ Transportation/ Public sector/ Education. ∙Good understanding on networking systems, protocols, software and technologies including but not limited to Routers, Switches, WIFI networks, Load balancers, Firewalls, IP telephony systems, WAN technologies etc. ∙Sound knowledge in diagnosing System performance issues and working with Monitoring systems, Wireshark, and other troubleshooting/performance benchmarking techniques. ∙Good interpersonal and communication skills, Excellent analytical, organizational, and decision-making skills. ∙ Good Management Skills. ∙Ability to quickly learn and implement new technologies and network practices in a constantly evolving environment. ∙Highly motivated and dedicated, capable of working with little instruction to resolve demanding tasks in coordination with internal teams Responsibilities ∙ Act as a Project lead and SME for Backup Solution Projects ∙ Act as an Escalation Point for the Support issues. ∙Install and Configure all the backup solutions ∙ Managing /Troubleshooting the Backup solutions ∙Installation, Configuration & Administration of Windows 2012/2016/2019 ∙Installation, Configuration & Administration of Virtualization platforms ∙Design and Implementation of DR / Business Continuity Plan. ∙Install/Configure and Manage various Microsoft services like AD, DHCP, DNS, SCVMM, SQL, Windows Cluster, SCCM, Exchange ∙ Designed fully automated OFFSITE BACKUP / CLOUD / TAPE Rotation and ∙Installation, Configuration & Administration of various vendors backup solutions (EMC/Veritas) ∙SAN/NAS configuration & Administration ∙ Implement IT Security Policy to Prevent Internal and External Threat as per internal Cyber security Team. ∙Incident Management and problem Management as per ITIL best practice. ∙Maintaining the SLA as per standard Ticketing System Skills: windows,other,dc,troubleshooting,management,security,veritas,virtualization,backup solutions,skills Show more Show less
