We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Interior Designer to join our team in Alexandria. This role is designed for a design professional who can take ownership of interior design projects from concept development to detailed technical documentation, combining creative vision with strong technical expertise and practical execution awareness. The ideal candidate will be capable of developing distinctive design concepts, producing high-quality visualizations and accurate shop drawings, and coordinating effectively with the technical office and project teams to ensure design intent is translated into well-executed results. Key Responsibilities Design Leadership & Concept Development: Lead the development of interior design concepts, space planning, material palettes, furniture layouts, and design solutions aligned with project objectives and client requirements. 3D Visualization & Presentation: Produce high-quality, photorealistic renders, detailed 3D models, and professional design presentations that communicate the design vision effectively. Technical Documentation: Prepare, review, and develop accurate shop drawings, working drawings, construction details, reflected ceiling plans, flooring layouts, elevations, sections, and finishing details. Design Development: Translate initial concepts into coordinated, technically feasible design packages while maintaining design consistency, functionality, and quality standards. Technical Coordination: Coordinate with the technical office, architectural, MEP, and site teams to resolve design conflicts and ensure alignment between design intent and execution requirements. Material & Finishing Selection: Develop material specifications, finishing schedules, furniture selections, and design details in line with the project's quality standards and design direction. Project Delivery: Manage assigned design deliverables, prioritize tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines and submission requirements are met. Design Review & Quality Control: Review drawings, 3D outputs, and technical documents for accuracy, consistency, constructability, and attention to detail. AI-Enabled Design: Utilize modern AI tools to accelerate concept development, explore creative alternatives, enhance visualization workflows, and improve design productivity. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on interior design trends, materials, visualization technologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Architecture) or Fine Arts (Interior Design / Decoration). 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical capabilities. Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, with the ability to produce high-quality photorealistic visualizations. Strong command of AutoCAD for developing accurate architectural and interior design drawings. Proven practical experience in preparing and developing shop drawings, construction details, and technical documentation. Strong understanding of space planning, materials, finishes, furniture layouts, lighting concepts, and interior design principles. Working knowledge of Revit is an advantage. Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and their practical application in concept development and visualization workflows. Excellent design judgment, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality outputs under deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
