Position Overview We are looking for a results-driven Business Development & Partnerships Specialist to grow our global Host Partner network. This role focuses on driving new partnerships, strategically managing key accounts, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless execution. Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with host partners and key decision-makers Identify and convert new business opportunities through research, outreach, and follow-ups Lead partnership presentations, meetings, and onboarding processes (including agreements) Represent RMC Asia professionally in external engagements Collaborate internally to ensure a smooth partner experience and maintain accurate activity tracking Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in sales, business development, business management, or partnerships, preferably within Hotel, Tourism, or Hospitality Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Proactive, organized, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital tools for business outreach International or hospitality industry exposure is a plus Be part of a global team connecting talents with international opportunities!
